On  Saturday July 14th we will be having the inaugural CrossFit Broadway Amazing Race.

It will be teams of 4 (2 men, 2 woman). You can select a team yourself or just sign up and I will assign you a team. All team members must be members of CFB. Starting point will be at the gym, where you will receive your first clue on a race around the city. Their will be an after race party so be prepared to block out most of the day. Cost is $20 per team and there will be prizes for the first place team. Is going to be a great day. Sign up sheet will be posted Thursday on the notice board. There will be no classes that day, the race will start at 10am.
